block craft 3D inappropriate content

Hi All,

I am having a little problem with block craft 3D.

my 10 year old daughter and 4 year old boy found a village that had buildings that resembled nude or semi nude women.

I contacted the game play support but it was an AI that could not handle the screen shots of the village and village name I sent, hence the village is still there.

i also to day left a review in the App Store so other parents can be aware of the inappropriate content.

my question is what else can I do to protect my children and other users as this game is down as a 4+ for game play and content.

they have also been playing sexual averts for other games.
