Original Emoji keyboard

After the latest Apple update, I noticed my emoji keyboard was gone. I also couldn’t locate the app. Not sure what happened, so I went to the App Store to locate the app, redownload and then active the keyboard from the settings. However, I was only able to locate Emoji + and I cannot for the life of me get used to this layout.

I cannot locate the original emoji app through the App store. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is this the only keyboard option for emoji now??
