Voice memos

I have tried everything to get my voice memos to download with no success. (Actually one of twelve downloaded very randomly) I’ve turned the iCloud backup for voice memos off, completed a hard reset and then turned it back on, no luck. I have an iPhone XR running iOS 13.3.1

Any ideas?

I actually solved my own problem!

I deleted the voice memo app, reloaded it, and everything downloaded perfectly!
