Perhaps this article will help:


Download iCloud photos and videos – Apple Support


On your Mac with OS X Yosemite 10.10.3 or later*:

  1. Open the Photos app.
  2. Choose Photos > Preferences > iCloud > Download Originals to this Mac.


If you're using a PC, you can set up iCloud for Windows and download your content from iCloud Photos.
