Not able to draw in Apple notes

I am unable to draw in apple notes. When I chose the draw option and try to write something the note scrolls upon the touch of my fingers instead of something getting written. Earlier it was working fine but since 2 days this problem has been happening. I can still draw on some image imported in the notes.

The note does not scroll in notes application. i have been using iPad for taking notes using pencil. While I was trying scroll for more space with my fingers, it started drawing lines instead of scrolling down. I tried restarting the iPad and repairing the pencil, it still doesn’t work properly. what should I do ?

iOS Notes App - Pencil drawing tools disappear Hi all, I noticed the following behaviour and consider it a bug. How to proceed? Given I open a new note in the iOS notes app (ipad pro 2020) and I open the drawing tools [1] and I start to draw with the Pencil then the drawing tools stay open (as expected). When I close the drawing tools [2] and reopen them [1] then they disappear when I continue drawing with the Pencil then the drawing tools minimise as if the "Auto-minimise" option was active (but it is not). This prevent e.g. the usage of the ruler tool (it disapears with the drawing tools). Any idea how to appproach this? Can I file a bug report to Apple? Worth it? Thx! Notes cannot be edited It seems that notes saved in my "Notes" app cannot be edited. If I touch a spot to edit the note, it opens a new note. Is this an Apple feature? Also, I cannot see the text I type into a new note until I select done. Then all text will be in the title.

Is the following option enabled:

Settings > Notes > Only draw with Apple Pencil
