How do you update safari on an iPhone 6 plus

Ostensibly, you don't. The version of Safari is tied to the OS version - you update the OS version and get the latest versions of the core apps as part of the deal. There typically isn't a separate update cycle for these apps.


What version are you running, and why do you think you need to update?
