Screen shot causes phone to stop and go back to lock screen and every app loads like new

I have an iPhone 8 Plus. I’m a beta tester but I sat the last one out and had the general release from Apple. I would screen shot several things (this happens usually only when I’m screen shotting several screens at a time. More than 5.) After a few more shots the phone shows the black screen with the Apple spin wheel. It takes about 10-20 seconds and the phone goes back to the lock screen and makes me enter my passcode. It won’t let me use my finger print. Then when I get back into the apps I had opened they ALL reload completely like I’m launching the apps (everything in the apps are fine, username etc.) I decided to try the latest beta to see if that fixed it so I re-enrolled in beta and downloaded. Anyway it seems

to be a little bit worse. Anyone else having this issue? Any information on the issue? I think it has to do with the memory management Apple has been struggling with in iOS 13 but I can’t find much about it. Any direction would be great. Thanks!!
