Error to update Apple ID
new device.in settings show’s that I should update Apple ID,cause some functions does not work.
after entering Apple ID it shows me main page again and that happens in circle

Some people have fixed this by signing out of iCloud, restarting their device, and then logging back in. That hasn't worked for everyone.
Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
