Thanks all! The problem has been resolved. I don't know why, the IMG file was not .IMG. It was another format. May be a bug and fixed by apple quietly or something wrong that I didn't realised. Now, my DVD1 is done but DVD2 is stopped at 66% complete! I tried 10+ time.... I will create another thread...

I click SKIP during Full Screen Playback, and it works. So, I think the chapter markers are correctly done.
Now, my MBP is working very hard for the ProRes LT output
Forgot to mention.... The index menu didn't show on the DVD share menu. And, after export to the DVD, the index never showed up.
Everything looks okay on the surface.
Can you explain exactly where the Chapter Markers are not showing so we can simulate the issue?
Try to create a Master File ProRes LT and see if the Chapter Markers display in the QuickTime X player correctly.

The warning is not the Chapter Marker issue.
Have you opened the .img file using the built in DVD player?
The Markers should be there.
The DVD player will open to the Main Menu Page.
Click the Chapter Marker button, it looks like a book.

Please refer to your screenshot:
Try removing the "Title Image" DSC 7623 small"
It might be obscuring the chapter menu icon (the small book) in the lower right hand corner.
Sounds unintuitive, but I've had a similar experience. I had both Title Image and Background Image checked. Didn't need both for the DVD menu. The Background Image is the one FCP uses as a background for the DVD menu.

Do you have chapter markers entered correctly?
Check here in the Timeline Index:
Al
Yes, I did!
Not sure what is wrong at this point.
What does the warning say.
Hover your cursor over the exclamation mark to reveal the dialogue:
Al
this is the warning due to the "non" 16:9 ratio of the picture selected.
The ProRes LT file is done and the chapter markers are there.
This is the Chapter Marker button:

Try creating the chapter index Before sharing to DVD.
The markers work. The problem is the chapter markers don’t appear on the main menu.
As this feature ever been there. Perhaps the only solution is to use Toast or some other authoring application.
The Marker icon appears on the Main Menu on the righthand side.
There is a small icon that looks like a book.
When selected it will open to the Chapter Markers list.
