Received an Email saying I purchased something from the App Store. It was 19.95$ and it even shows the guys ADDRESS that bought it with my account. How do I figure out if it went through. There was a cancel tab I clicked on when it says if it wasn't you you can cancel it. !!!

When apple sends a receipt they NEVER put in there ‘in case it’s a mistake, cancel it’, you made the purchase, they are obligated to send you a receipt, end of story. That cancel button is social engineering to encourage you to click on something to give a malicious person personal info.
