What exactly says its an iPhone 8? If you are seeing something like iPhone8,1 that is the internal identifier of an iPhone 6. It does not need to make sense to you specifically. Its Apple's own internal identifier, it has nothing to do with the device's commercial name.

What about the crash report and bug types?

The iPhone will log all those events, its not a sign there's something specifically wrong.

Unless you specifically know how to read those analytics, they are pretty meaningless.

Mine says device not model and what it’s hooked up to and has strange names on the code like something is hacking into my phone on my device like piggyback stuff from another device or something I can read some of the code and I’m not paranoid or stupid as some people are implying I actually do have proof of named bug types and and incidents that are named unusual things like local police stuff and coded named reports that are of no use to engineers to be interested in as far as my personal information on my phone is concerning so I feel I’ve been hacked or spying has been done because my internet connection at my home was compromised and that is my main source of WiFi so very possible
