Is there a Numbers template that can create a wind rose plot from a CSV table. I have found them for Excel but would prefer Numbers.

I am now looking into a program called
R- console. It might do the trick.
Not that I'm aware of.
A search of Apple Support Communities for "wind rose" brought up a discussion in which I posted a workaround that apparently satisfied the requirements of the user asking how to create a Compass chart.
Unfortunately, that was for an earlier version of Numbers, and from the time that posted images were stored in a separate photo storage site where my account was closed after a lengthy period of non-use. The text is there, including my recommendation to Provide Numbers Feedback, found in the Numbers menu, requesting the addition of Compass and Radar graphs to the list of types supported in Numbers.
