I updated my IOS to the latest version and my battery life dropped from 24/36 hours to around 8 hours. I have turned off all settings that I am aware of. Can you help.

If you updated to iOS 13.3.1, using Wi-Fi, try again to use iTunes on your computer and restore from the backup you made before.
If you create an encrypted backup, it will also contain your passwords.
