Extra amount deducted
₹216 has been deducted from my account through apple . Although my iCloud package is of ₹75 per month . Why this amount has been deducted?

Did you get this receipt via mail from Apple? This might be a scam:
Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
If it is a genuine Apple Mail, did you already check your purchase history about that?
