Problem by restart - kernel panic

Hi, since upgrade to Catalina I always have problem, when I restart or switch on the Mac Pro (2017). Computer restart and after second try start but give report about kernel panic. See Below. Do you know maybe, what can cause this problem. New upgrade or reinstallation doesn't help. Current config is - Catalina 10.15.3, iMac Pro (2017), 3,2 GHz 8 Intel Xeon W, 32Gb 2566 Mhz DDR4, Radeon Pro Vega 56 8  GB

Uninstall Norton using the developer’s uninstalled or instructions.


It has no purpose other than to cause problems on your Mac.
