The keyboard on the iPad doesn’t show when I want to type. I have shut down and restarted the iPad, and it shows the keyboard for a few more times then doesn’t show again. I have even reset all settings consequently, but the problem still happened after a few times of use.
So how can I permanently fix this problem?

Try resetting iPad's settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
I have already tried this and the problem is still there. So can you give me any other ways of fixing it?
