Maps

I live in Moldova and maps app don’t work, i can’t obtain directions because is write “directions are not available from this location”, but on the map exist roads houses all infrastructure who can explain that?

Apple maps and Google maps in Republic of Moldova Hi everybody. I have discovered that Apple maps doesn't work in Moldova. I refer to the possibility of getting directions. Maps only show the location without possibility to make a rout. Unfortunately I couldn't get an answer from the Apple's stuff. The second question is why in Moldovan App Store is missing Google maps app? Could anyone explain why this discrimination exist between different App Stores? Thanks Victor

Directions and Turn-by-Turn Navigation do not appear to be available in Moldova.

iOS and iPadOS - Feature Availability - Apple

Only Apple would know why they are not.
