Fraudulent charges on my Apple Pay

Fraudulent charges on my Apple Pay..Is there a way to get our money back for fraudulent charges on the Apple Pay? We spent hours on the phone with your customer service person, and filed a police report in our area in McKinney Texas. We purchased some tickets with Apple Pay and the tickets were fraudulent. It totaled about $350. Could you please let us know what we need to do in order to get the money back.
