Mac will not update

I keep getting Notifications that my Mac needs to update to macOS 10.15.3 Update. However, everytime I click Install Now and restart my Mac to run the update, the notification pops up again. I cannot figure out how to install this on my Mac or what the problem is. It is really annoying. If anyone can offer a solution, it would be much appreciated.

Try completing the installation using Safe Mode.

You may also want to download and install the macOS Catalina 10.15.3 Combo Update.
