Canceling My Storage plan Supscription

So I recently upgraded to an iPhone 7 from an iPhone 6s, I only had 8 GB for storage for that phone so of course I upgraded the storage plan to 50 GB which is 0.99 cent subscription that takes out of your iTunes account every month, or if you don't have any money on iTunes it will take 0.99 cents out of your bank account instead. I have been trying to cancel this subscription for some time now and I've tried from my phone and my computer but every time I view the 'subscriptions' it says "You do not have any subscriptions". I am vey confused as to why I cant cancel it and its driving me nuts.

iPhone 7, iOS 13
