You'll have to visit a country, where there are Apple Service Providers, or ship it to one of those countries, if a trusted friend of yours lives there, and ask them to get it serviced.

You are covered under the standard warranty, so contact Apple support (use the contact support link in the upper right corner). It depends on their findings; accidental or cosmetic damage is not covered by the standard warranty; however, mfr's defects or hardware problems are. So, take it to Apple (get a Genius Bar appointment) and let them examine it.

Edit: I missed the fact that you are in Iran. You would most likely need to send it to the country you purchased it in.
