Apple id disabled

hi i am inzamam from pakistan my iphone itunes account and apple store id is disabled.and when i call the account security team they didn't connected they said (the number u have in not in use or not connected this time ) pls help any other option

Hi. If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," there might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file. When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help.
