Change payment method

My husband moved from saudi to South Africa so he wants to change his payment method to another card. We have tried changing the card but it keeps on rejecting the new card number. We even try changing the address but that also seems to be a problem with the store. Can u please give me advise and maybe a procedure to fix this problem

He needs a zero account balance and he needs to cancel all of his subscriptions. If he has cancelled all subscriptions, but some haven’t expired, contact iTunes Support. He needs a credit card issued by a bank in the country the store is in, and he needs a billing address in that country. If he has an account balance, either buy something more expensive and pay the balance with a credit card or contact iTunes Support and ask them to zero balance his account.

The credit card has to be registered to an address in that country, that your husband is living in.

Only then can it be used to set up or change the payment info for the Apple ID.

In the meantime, you can try to use iTunes Gift cards and set up the Apple ID without payment info.
