Lost AirPods
If someone stole my AirPods and restart them is there anyway of finding the airpods

No, I’m sorry. There is no “activation lock” type feature that would prevent someone else from resetting and using them. They also will not show up in your iCloud devices in the “Find My” app any longer once the new “owner” has restarted and paired them to their device.
