Good morning,

I have just now switched on my MacBook and the notification popped out that a new IPhone has signed into Elza’s Apple ID and have access to iMessages etc.

I haven’t personally logged into any other iPhone than mine.

please could you check what IPhone have been used as it should ever be only one IPhone, I have not signed in from any others.

Hi Elza,

Just wanted you to know that These are user-only forums. You are not speaking to Apple. if you need to speak with Apple Support, then contact product and tech support:  Contacting Apple for support and service including international calling numbers.

Also, if you are in doubt as to who or which iPhone signed into your Apple ID account then I recommend that you log in to your Apple ID account from your Mac and Safari and change your password.
