iphone 5s update iOS 12.4.5

I can't get any service or wi fi data on my iphone 5s since updating to iOS 12.4.5? No service, wi fi calling or text messages. I have had to downgrade to ios 12.4.4. Finally got everything back. What do I do about the new upgrade?

How to update iphone5s this morning received a message from apple "Mobile Update Failed, your Iphone cannot make and receive calls or access mobile data until it has been updated", and at top left of my screen now shows wifi symbol but NO SERVICE. How do I handle this? My iphone is 5s and software updated to 12.5.6.

Having exactly the same issue following upgrade to son's iPhone 6. WiFi signal is up/down all over the house when nobody else has an issue. Tried all the on-line fixes and factory reset but still doing the same. Getting very frustrated with it all.... and Apple :-(
