It's because there's no enough digits.
Starting with 2002 phone numbers in Romania are 10 digits long, the first digit always being 0. The preferred format is AAAA-AAA-AAA for both mobile and landline phone numbers, except for landline phones in Bucharest where the preferred format is AAA-AAA-AA-AA.

The area code for Romania is 0040 and the 0 after 4 is part of the 10 digit number. Basically my phone number is composed like this:
0040 7xx xxx xxx
As I've mentioned in the other post I've tried different combinations and none worked such as:
area: 0040 no: 7xxxxxxxx
area: 004 no: 07xxxxxxxx
area: 0040 no: 07xxxxxxxx

It's not solving my issue. No matter what I enter in the area and phone no fields the issue persists.
