VoLTE feature is not available on my iPhone 8 Plus with model number A1864, any help

iPhone 8 Plus
A1864 model exists in two versions: GSM or CDMA.
You should ask your carrier if that model is supporting VoLte in your country

Yes, I know that your carrier has offered the feature but it is LTE channel dependent. Was the iPhone you did for this lady also from the US and the same model number? And by model number I mean the other one that starts with M, N, or F. Go to Settings > General > About > Model and when you see the A number tap on it and it should change to the other model number. Post it here and let us know if it matches the one lady's iPhone.

What country are you in and who is your carrier? It's entirely possible the phone you have was not sold for use in your region and may not be compatible with all networks there.

The phone you purchased was not intended for use in your country. It does not support the same LTE bands used by carriers in your country.
It will support available features in markets where is meant to be used. Functionality in other regions is not guaranteed.
It has nothing to do with CDMA it has to do with the channels your carrier is using for VoLTE.
No, it just may not support VoLTE with your carrier. The other possibility is there is a hardware problem with the radio chipset. To get that resolved you will have to return to the US.
Sorry, that is not how it works. The iPhones are available with different LTE capabilities, for different regions of the world. This is why Apple sells specific models, only in regions where they should be used.
Then your US phone may not be compatible with the feature in Ghana.
Thanks for your support, I have seen this article before.
Currently working with the carrier service that offer that feature to their services. I enabled this feature for some people including iPhones and non Apple phones, however, its not working on my own.

I am currently in Ghana with MTN as the carrier.
That feature was enabled on the service in the last quarter of 2019, though I bought the phone in US. The page for enabling the feature is what I have shared
