I can't connect my AirPods Pro with my new MacBook Air.

What worked for me, was switching off my phone when I was trying to set up the AirPod Pros with my Mac.

I had the same issue with my 2020 MacBook Air until I updated to: Mac OS Catalina 10.15.4...this fixed the issue!

several attempts to connect air pod to Mac air unsuccessful. I followed instructions and no go.
