Payment for itunes

Hello, I would like to ask why am I paying for itunes every month when i have cancelled the prepayment and even now when I looked at it in settings it is cancelled but the payment was still proceeded. I kindly ask you to look where is the problem. Thank you

You know that these are user forums and that we are just fellow users, we won't know what you are being charged for nor 'look where is the problem'.
