Battery health issue in new iPhone11

Several factors go into play when battery health result is displayed on your screen. Your usage and your friend's usage habits may be different. The ambient conditions may be different and above all the battery health number is just a guidance and not is not always accurate.

Don't freak out. 96% Capacity left after 4 months of usage is normal. Start freaking out when it drops below 80% because at that point it is recommended that you replace the battery to maintain peak performance capability by your iPhone. Under normal use, it will take two years+ to drop the capacity below 80%.
