Is Office Suite the same as Office 365

If you are referring to OfficeSuite from Mobi Systems, it is not Microsoft Office. See: ‎OfficeSuite & PDF editor on the App Store

Then no, its not the same as Office 365. Office suite in this case would be a 3rd party app not related to Microsoft Office 365, but apparently able to handle Microsoft Office document types.

Wether it supports exactly what Word, Excel and powerpoint from Office 365 can handle is hard to say since I have not used it myself.

If you want the actual Microsoft Office 365 apps you can find them individually rather than in a packaged app:

Who is the developer of this Office Suite you have on the iPad? Since that would not be a Product that comes native on the iPad, did you download it from the App Store? Even Office 365 apps from Microsoft on the iPad will not do everything that a full version of Office can on a computer. Not all of the Office features are on the Office apps used on the iPad. But I'm guessing this Office Suite is another product that just uses certain functions.

Fetch a (free) copy of LibreOffice, if you don’t want to pay for an actual copy of Microsoft Office 2019, or the Microsoft Office 365 subscription. Apple iWork can also read and write many Microsoft Office documents, and the iWork Pages, Numbers, and Leynote apps are free from Apple and are available from the (iPad and iPhone and Mac) Apple app stores.

LibreOffice does not work on iPad though. Only on Mac.
