New iPhone device.

Can I finance a new iPhone device through Apple with an existing balance with AT&T I’m which I’ll be using as my phone service still but my phone was stolen and still not returned but I would like to still get and pay for an additional one if possible without paying my current remaining balance with AT&T off.
