Numbers- subtract columns formula

Is it possible to put a formula that applies to a whole column? Example, I want A1-B1=C1, A2-B2=C2, and so on. Do I have to manually add the formula per row, or is there a shortcut I can put in the C column so that its automatically column A minus column B?
