Today, I have just upgraded my iCloud plan to 200GB from previous plan is 50GB, so do I need make cancellation of 50GB charged from 6-Feb (automatically monthly charge) to stop this payment from next month. Thanks for your reply !
You don't need to do anything when you upgrade the storage plan for iCloud.
