Hi I’m looking to see what version of Bluetooth my iPad mini has. Here is what it says in about settings 24:A2:E1:27:C2:2B, but I need to know if it is 4.2 compatable or not. If not is it possible to upgrade the version?

iPad mini 1,2,3 has Bluetooth version 4.0 iPad mini 4th ten has Bluetooth 4.2 and 5th generation 5.0 bluetooth version
Is it possible to upgrade to 4.2 from 4.0? or is there a hardware upgrade needed as well?
