Help

i Forgot my iPhoneX password and I try to restore it on my computer with ITunes , it update the software but when the Apple screen come up and the line to load suddenly it get stuck for an hour or more I had to remove the plug and try to restart the phone cos I was tired of waiting . Now the phone won’t restore or come up again . What’s going on I need help with my phone . Thanks
