How to switch the TV show quality when using the web-version

How can I switch the quality setting in tv.apple.com on Windows?

When I playing a tv show (e.g. Mythic quest) via the browser, it streams in a poor quality despite my good connection or waiting time.

Also I can't find the Apple TV app which is mentioned everywhere on the tv.apple.com website, there is no link to download nor it can be found in the Microsoft store.

Neither the TV shows shown in iTunes...

Basically these 2 points makes the whole service unusable.

I believe the website has no quality settings, so probably HD with automatic SD fallback options.

The Apple TV app is not available for Windows. The Apple TV app with Apple TV+ is only available with the current/newest versions for iOS (v13), iPadOS (v13), tvOS (v13) or macOS (v10.15), and on certain streaming devices and TVs.

Indeed, Apple TV+ is not available through the iTunes application. Not even on Macs with iTunes.
