What device is capable of use to externally connect a cd/drive to iPad Pro 11?

Hello,

No model of iPad supports optical disc drives of any kind.

None.

They use too much power that an iPad cannot generate, their are no device drivers that can be installed and no optical drive reading/burning software available.
