Hi,
I have rules set up for each of my email accounts - the rules send mail from each account into their respective folder.
Mail keeps changing my rules - meaning Mail deletes the From Account - Just deletes it. I go back and Edit the rule, and two days later, it does the same thing.
Or mail deletes the Folder designation, and I have to put it back, only to be removed a few days later.
Any ideas why this is happening and how to fix it?

I'm having a similar issue. I create my rules, to "move email to folder" using either: From, or Contains, but a few days later it ignores my rule. Don't understand why this is happening! Any recommendations besides the ones posted here? Thank you.

Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode?
Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.

Workable but harder for me to work with...the Note tool on the bottom of this editor's toolbar, as shown in the image, to copy and paste the output from EtreCheck.

Nope.
Safe Boot didn't do anything because it happens every few days and it's not the same Rules that are being turned off.
I'm very wary of pasting my computer info online too.
I deleted all Rules and I'm going wing it for a while then create them again and see what happens.

Forgive me BDAqua I am not a computer expert so I have a question about your request.
How much personal or hackable information is included in these "reports?" I feel really weird just posting stuff from my computer for millions of people to read. Know what I mean?
How safe are these reports?

I'm having the same problem, but it's ONLY email accounts that are NOT exchange accounts, that is, ANYTHING that's either IMAP of iCloud accounts will NOT retain my rules. This has only been within the last 3-6 months, that I've noticed, and is VERY frustating.
Anyone else notice the diff with exchange?
