I live in a rural community and do not have WiFi access, so how do I backup my iPhone 7+ to iCloud using our 'unlimited' cellular data? We use our personal hotspot to access our computer, but iTunes won't update, so that's not an option.

Wow, not the answer I was expecting. Not even a suggestion or other options? That really stinks for people living in rural areas with no WiFi availability. Satellite doesn’t provide a strong enough signal for a backup and displays a ‘poor network connection’ error message. This is so disappointing.
There is no other options, the link I provided you tells you everything to back up.
