How can I access scroll bars in Photos? I can't move through sidebar to my albums by using arrows.

this option is still there in System Preferences > General. It is essential for me, to be able to see, if. panel can be scrolled.
There used to be a System preference pane where one could elect to have the scroll bars visible all the time. Can't find it in Catalina but look for it in Movave.
What do you see in your sidebar? What version of Photos are you running? This is what the Photos 5.0 sidebar looks like:
The slider is the whit portion at the right.
I have version 4.0 of Photos and OS is Mojave 10.14. My slider is not always visible. I know there must be some way to see it. Sometimes when I use the arrow keys I'll see it but it disappears when I try to click on it. Other times it's there and I have no problem.
Couldn't find it earlier but did not. Thanks for the reminder.
