My question is why I can’t make an purchase I tried several times to make a purchase from one game named Hero Wars, and there’s a message you can’t complete your purchase please contact to iTunes support, I complete the purchase once but for the next time it doesn’t allowed me. I have my debit card and paypal placed for payment methods and still not allow me to make the purchase, can you explain me why? Thanks!
