My wife’s Apple Watch was set up with an Apple ID that we can’t remember.

My wife’s Apple Watch was set up with a Apple ID that we can’t remember. She has since changed her Apple ID and has a new phone. The watch will only unlock and pair if we enter the original Apple ID that was used to set it up. We need help!
