' Your Purchase Could not be Completed!! '

Everytime i wanted to add founds on my apple store acc it shows up a message to message " Your purchase could not be completed' contact itunes store support to complete this transaction"

and having problems for buying games credit from my money on apple

i use visa connect with my apple id...

please can help :)

Cant complete purchase Whenever i try to purchase something in-game, there is a notification that pops up that the purchase could not be completed. It has happened to me before and i fixed it, now i cant remember how to do it. It might be the fact that i messed up on the details on my credit card a few times and that they don't believe it's me. What should i do?
