Hi! I am having the same issue. I have purchased iCloud storage and my computer is saying iCloud storage full. However, it is not. I am not able to get the paid account to connect to my Mac. I'd love some help! Thank you.

Have you tried restarting your device and logging out and back in to iCloud.com?

Yes but nothing works. And amount also been deducted from my account my apple id is shanmee1221@icloud.com plz help ASAP
