Apple Watch Series 4 - iPhone 11

Sometimes I experienced Apple Watch Series 4 couldn’t connect to my iPhone 11 due to:

couldn’t locate my Apple ID. Note I use the same Apple ID
Not Connected when I checked the Bluetooth Connection.. Bluetooth is on.

Try this;

To force reset your Apple Watch, press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.
