Iphone 11 pro

I have recently bought an iphone 11 pro from an online website which turned out to be a japanese iphone becasue it has japanese details. I live in Dubai and i want to know if i can use the device here without having issues. Also the charging cable provided is different than the one provided for Dubai decives. Will i be able to charge my phone using the Dubai cable without damaging the device?
