Hello I have two iCloud accounts and on one iCloud account I added extra storage because I wasn’t receiving anymore emails. I added extra storage onto my account about a week ago and I still haven’t received any emails all except one telling me once again my iCloud storage is full. But I already paid for storage. Why am I not receiving anymore emails?
On the account where you purchased extra storage, does the extra storage show in Settings/Your Name/iCloud? Since buying the extra storage, have you tried restarting the device? Signing out of iCloud and back in to see if that refreshes the storage?
