Wifi Connection problem

i have iphone 6 S plus imei 35613809788689 onmy phone the wifi is not working yet when i tries to connect my phone with my home wifi it is not connect unableto connect with the network is written on the screen i tried again and again i also try by reset network setting and factory reset by could not slove please give solution i am worried about it because i was but my brand new phone before 5 to 6 months i cannot buy again but i am a student
